Como Dejar De Ser Tu Peor Enemigo Alba Cardalda... <2025>
We wake up and tell ourselves we aren’t good enough. We work late and tell ourselves we don’t deserve a break. We make a mistake and call ourselves stupid.
How to Stop Being Your Own Worst Enemy (Lessons from Alba Cardalda)
In her transformative work, “Cómo Dejar De Ser Tu Peor Enemigo,” psychologist Alba Cardalda drops a truth bomb: Como Dejar De Ser Tu Peor Enemigo Alba Cardalda...
This sounds cheesy, but stick with me. Self-compassion is not weakness; it is the ultimate act of resilience.
As Alba Cardalda beautifully puts it: The relationship you have with yourself is the longest relationship of your life. It is time to make it a kind one. We wake up and tell ourselves we aren’t good enough
The evidence is you made a typo. The rest is a horror movie you are projecting in your mind. Let the fact remain a fact, and throw away the dramatic script.
If you answered “my boss,” “my ex,” or “that rude cashier,” think again. For most of us, the harshest criticism, the loudest doubts, and the cruelest judgments come from one place: the mirror. How to Stop Being Your Own Worst Enemy
Let me ask you a blunt question: Who is the meanest person to you?
The enemy loves the couch. It loves analysis paralysis. It loves when you overthink for three hours instead of acting for three minutes.
The next time you hear that cruel voice in your head, don’t argue with it. Simply say: “I hear you, but I don’t have to believe you.”
But the good news? You can lay down your weapons. Here is how to stop sabotaging yourself and finally become your own best ally.
I haven’t watched this fully yet, but from what I know I have to say that this is surely awesome compared to what nonsense Bollywood is coming up with these days 🙂 😀
Absolutely… it is worth watching… actually almost everything made by yash raj productions is actually worth a watch, because they are usually original storylines… one if my faves is mohabbatein from 2002.
Used to be – last four in a row or something from them have been pretty uninteresting 😀 not as good as they used to be 😦
ohhhhh really?? 😦 yeah I stopped watching or following after probably 2008 or so…
Except for a few movies, Bollywood is terrible these days. They have no ideas; they just copy from other Indian movies, Hollywood and even from Korea. Like this: http://moviesofthesoul.wordpress.com/2014/07/01/ek-villain/
At least such copied movies are okay watch 😀
Aren’t Kajol and SRK a bit too old for this mills and boons dross they keep spouting out?
I haven’t really been following their individual work rather than their work together in movies, so I can’t really say. But, yeah, SRK definitely made some bad choices over the past years. As far as Kajol goes I think she usually chooses her roles wisely. Or did you mean something else?
And I think there is really no age limit when it comes to romantic movies…
