She didn't press stop. She kept filming. Waves crashed. A dog ran past. A child laughed. She filmed for twenty minutes. That night, K.D. played clips anonymously. When Mira's shaky self-portrait appeared, the room fell silent. Someone sniffled. Another person laughed softly at the dog's cameo. Dear Zindagi -2016-2016

One sleepless night, after deleting yet another angry voice note to herself, she stumbled upon an old poster: "Hi," she whispered to the camera
