Dragon Ball Z 68 File

They were safe. Frieza stared at the empty space where the Earthlings had been. His jaw went slack. “Impossible… without the dragon… without a ship…”

“You think you’ve won, monkey?” Frieza spat, blood spilling from his fractured jaw. “The planet is dying. You die with me.”

The white light exploded outward.

He was going to become the wish. Deep within the core of Namek, the original Namekian elder had whispered a secret to Nail before dying: “The Dragon Balls are not just orbs of power. They are memory. If one who has touched the heart of a Namekian—truly touched it—offers their own life force, the balls can grant one final, silent wish. No summoning. No dragon. Just a single act of selfless will.” dragon ball z 68

Goku turned, a calm smile on his face. “Krillin, get everyone to the ship. Now.”

And that, in the end, was what made it the last wish Namek would ever give.

Goku had never met that elder. But he had saved Dende. He had protected the village. He had fought not for glory, but for his friends. They were safe

Goku was alive. Barely. But the wish hadn’t been for him.

But Goku was already rising into the air, his hand outstretched toward the single floating Dragon Ball. The other six lay buried under lava, frozen in time, or clutched in the dead hand of Vegeta. It didn’t matter.

The ground split between them. Magma erupted. Namek’s final convulsion began. He was going to become the wish

“But the Dragon Balls are scattered! Porunga can’t—”

“But Porunga wasn’t even summoned!” Krillian shouted.

Piccolo closed his eyes. “There are older magics than dragons.”

The explosion was silent in space.

“What are you doing?” Frieza screamed, sensing the sudden drop in Goku’s energy. “You’re wasting your power!”
