| Symptom | Possible Cause | Solution | |---------|----------------|----------| | No LED flash | Low battery | Charge case and earbuds for at least 15 minutes | | No response to touch | Touch sensor disabled or dirty | Clean earbuds; ensure finger covers the entire sensor area | | Connects to old device automatically | Still paired to nearby device | Turn off Bluetooth on that device, then retry manual pairing | | Earbuds stuck in previous connection | Software glitch | Perform a factory reset (see Section 7) | If manual pairing fails consistently, perform a factory reset. This clears all paired devices and forces the earbuds into pairing mode immediately after.
