After a chaotic chase with Tenpenny, CJ buys a rundown garage in (San Francisco). He builds a business, helps the Triads (under Wu Zi Mu — “Woozie”), and takes down the Loco Syndicate — killing Ryder (or witnessing his death) and discovering that Mike Toreno , supposedly a DEA agent, is actually a government agent who fakes his death.
Tenpenny steals Smoke’s drug money and flees. He goes on a rampage through Los Santos. CJ chases him. Tenpenny’s fire truck crashes off a bridge, and he dies from his injuries. CJ and Sweet drive back to Grove Street. They stand outside their mother’s house. Sweet says, “Just like old times.” CJ replies, “Yeah… but things are different now.” gta san andreas ristechy

Inside, CJ confronts Big Smoke (who is obese, sitting, eating). Smoke admits betrayal was for money and power — he was tired of being poor. He dies in the shootout. He goes on a rampage through Los Santos
