From the watch face, swipe left repeatedly or swipe up to scroll through the menu until you find the Settings icon (usually a gear or slider icon).
Scroll down and look for More Settings or Device Management . Tap on Reset Watch or Factory Reset
Tap on Reset or Factory Reset .
Scroll down and tap on System or More Settings (wording varies by firmware version). The watch will restart automatically
Tap Settings .
Wake up the watch screen by pressing the Side Button (Power button).
Open the Mibro App on the parent’s phone.
The screen should turn off. Keep holding. After a few more seconds, the watch will vibrate and the logo will appear.
