Do not fight Windows 10 architecture. Use VirtualBox and a legal copy of Windows 2000 or XP. AutoCAD 2000 was never meant to run on NT 6.x+ kernels, and even if you force it, you will encounter save errors, display glitches, and printing failures.
A Note Before You Begin: AutoCAD 2000 was released over two decades ago, designed for Windows 98, NT 4.0, and Windows 2000.
