You want a hyper-stable, combat-heavy, visually overhauled Skyrim and don’t mind ignoring the adult menus you can hide with one hotkey (default: G to open the OSex menu, which you can rebind to nothing).
But here is the twist that most YouTubers won't tell you:
After install, open the Mod Configuration Menu (MCS) and go to "SexLab." Click "Rebuild & Clean" once, then go to "Ostim" and disable "Auto-start scenes." You will now have a gorgeous, hardcore Skyrim that just happens to have a very... detailed... back alley in Riften.
