I eventually bought the real MH Magazine theme ($49). It's brilliant. Fast, secure, amazing support. I could have avoided all this pain by just supporting the developers.
Let me save you the nightmare I went through. I downloaded the so-called "nulled clone" of MH Magazine because I wanted the premium look without the price tag. Seemed smart at the time.
Google blacklisted my domain. Search console showed 4,000+ hacked pages I never created — all selling fake Ray-Bans and Viagra. The nulled code had created a secret admin user named "clonek_admin."
Everything looked fine. Great layout, fast demo import. I thought I'd beaten the system.
$300 for malware removal + lost 6 months of SEO + reputation destroyed.
However, I must give you a direct and important warning before writing that review:
Nulled clones aren't a "hack." They're a trap. Don't be me. ✅ Legitimate Alternative If you want MH Magazine (which is genuinely excellent for news/magazine sites), buy it directly from MH Themes or ThemeForest . It's affordable, regularly updated, and won't destroy your website.
