If you are wondering where the name comes from, "Muki" (inspired by the Japanese word mukimuki , meaning strong/robust, or simply a playful, cozy sound) represents our philosophy: What is Muki Kitchen? We aren’t a five-star restaurant with white tablecloths, and we aren’t a “depression meal” blog where you just eat crackers over the sink (no judgment, we’ve been there).
