This is a known issue with non-Renault approved dongles. The dongle has likely corrupted the communication.
Never re-insert that dongle. Bring your key cards and the dongle itself for inspection.
Unplug the dongle immediately. Step 2: Lock and unlock the car with the key blade. Leave it for 10 minutes. Step 3: If the UCH (body computer) is frozen, disconnect the battery negative terminal for 15 minutes. renault dongle fault
