If you absolutely must use that exact machine offline (and just want Tor for local testing), the last compatible version was (based on Firefox 52 ESR). You can find it on archive.torproject.org, but do not trust it for real anonymity today .

I’m afraid that’s no longer possible for practical or safe use.
