At its core, Bass Mint is a harmonic bass resynthesizer. Unlike a standard sub-bass generator (which simply adds a pure sine wave an octave down) or a maximizer (which crushes dynamics), Bass Mint analyzes your incoming signal and rebuilds its fundamental frequency from scratch. It then allows you to sculpt that rebuilt tone using a suite of distortion, filtering, and envelope-following modules.
