Overview The Yamaha Expansion Manager (YEM) is a critical desktop software application designed for Yamaha professional arranger keyboards (such as the PSR-SX series, PSR-A series, and Genos). Its primary function is to manage, organize, and package digital content—including Voice libraries, Expansion Packs, Custom Samples, and MIDI setups—into a single installable file (.cpi or .ppi) for loading onto a keyboard via USB drive. Platform Status: Windows & macOS Only As of the latest official release (v2.9.0+), Yamaha does NOT offer an Android version of the Expansion Manager.
