Young Heroes of Chaotic Time is a scrappy, ambitious indie sci-fi film that succeeds on heart and creativity, even if it stumbles on execution and visual polish. The 480p Web-DL version is watchable but far from ideal—if you can find a higher-quality release, go for that.
